Pastoral Area Healing Service
The Pastoral Area Healing Service takes place on Friday 13th March at 7.30pm at Immaculate Conception Church, Stubbington. This will be the first of what we hope will be a regular Healing Service for our Pastoral Area. Please note this is not a Mass and is not sacramental in the sense that it is not the Anointing of the Sick. This is a special Healing Service led by Fr Peter Glas and is open to everyone, Catholic and non-Catholic alike where you will be praying for healing of body, soul and spirit. The Clergy of the Pastoral Area decided it would be best to hold it in Stubbington as it is central for our Pastoral Area.

Angels
Pope Benedict has reminded us that the angels are a significant part of the Gospel and we should call upon them often. He mentioned that the angels ministered to Christ as he was tempted in the desert; they helped and guided people in the Old Testament and reported the birth of Jesus to the shepherds and his resurrection to the women. He said that these beings are sent by God to announce his presence among us.
