From Fr Joe
Some of you will have heard of the “Living Our Faith” campaign that is in its beginning phase in our parish. This campaign, as part of our stewardship programme, has come out of the Bishop’s pastoral plan “Go Out and Bear Fruit” and is being, or soon to be, implemented in all of the parishes and pastoral areas in our diocese. At this very early stage I have asked some parishioners to assist me in getting the word out to as many as possible in the parish as we begin this programme and they have been very generous in offering their time in this initial planning stage.
This campaign is already well underway in some of our neighbouring parishes with great results.
Rather than go into the ins and outs of it which is impossible to do in a brief spot in the newsletter, let me just say that you will be hearing about it in detail over the coming weeks. |
